Black humour vegetable soup

A trio of green leaves: spinach, beets, broccoli rabe or ones you want
extra virgin olive oil
vegetable broth
1 sprinkling of spices
To serve: 1 sprinkling of vegan parmesan cheese and/or yeast flakes
Take the trio of green leaves and clean them.
Meanwhile, put in a pot a little oil, vegetable broth or, if you're in a hurry, vegetable stock cube and a sprinkling of spices.
Wait until it's all mixed and then pour in the leaves.
Cook and not harden completely.
If you like, serve with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese vegetable and/or yeast flakes.
