For 2 persons: 3 cups of boiled chickpeas, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 small lemon, 1 tablespoon of oil or large .75 e.v. 1 tsp tahini and olive 1 cumin powder, 1 sprig of mint or parsley, chickpea cooking liquid as required.
Switch the chickpeas with the Blender, chop Pan Brown the garlic, and mix all the ingredients with half the chopped Mint, adding some of the cooking water if necessary to soften, until the dough is almost solid. Let rest in refrigerator for 3-5° C and serve garnished with the remaining Mint and lemon slices around.
