1 liter of lukewarm water
4 finely chopped white onions
1 clove of garlic
2 cloves
4 tablespoons sherry (optional)
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
fresh chives
salt
Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onion along with the other ingredients, and after 2 minutes add the water.
