Soup with rice and lettuce

For 4 people: 250 g rice-1 big head of lettuce (or 2 small)-yellow-2 large onions 2 g large potatoes (about 500 g)-2 tablespoons white flour-1 cup white wine 2 tablespoons 30 g margarine-olive oil-olive-2 plant nuts din-garlic powder-1 bunch of parsley-salt-pepper
Thinly sliced onions.
Put the oil and margarine in a large saucepan, heat and add onions. Leave to cook for about ten minutes while avoiding to brown them, add the white wine and let evaporate.
