Seitan with peppers

For 4 people: 4 slices of seitan - 2 red peppers - 4 tomatoes - 1 onion - 4 sage leaves - flour - extra virgin olive oil - salt - pepper
Wash and cut the peppers into strips.
Wash and thinly slice the onion.
Brown in a little oil, then add the sage breaking it up with your hands and peppers.
Cook over low heat for about 15-20 minutes.
Halfway through cooking, add the tomatoes-previously washed and chopped-together with peppers and cook until you get a nice sauce.
