1.5 kg potatoes
extra virgin olive oil
breadcrumbs
aromatic salt
Wash the potatoes and then boil unpeeled.
Leave to cool slightly, peel them, cut them into slices, brush with oil and put them in the breadcrumbs.
Place them in a large baking dish greased with oil, season with salt and leave to bake in a preheated oven at 200° c.
To make the most delicious potatoes, you can add some bay leaf or a sprig of Rosemary before you bake in the oven.
