Ingredients

150g wholemeal flour

300 ml soy milk

90 ml very cold water, best sparkling

3 tbsp coconut oil

little oil to lightly grease the pan

salt

Instructions

With a whisk mix flour, milk, salt, coconut oil and water.

Grease a pan for crepes and pour a ladle of mixture at a time, turning it only when well topped to one side.

These crepes are fine both cut into strips in little vegetable broth as a winter soup, or, as in the photo, stuffed with jam for a tasty snack.

To prepare crêpes, both sweet and savory, use the special Pan or crêpe maker.
