Cocoa cake

150 g margarine 100% vegetable
150 g sugar
300 g white flour
100 g of soy milk
50 g cocoa powder (with thickener guar)
1 cup of espresso bitter
1 sachet of baking powder
Dissolve to cream the margarine.
Mount it with sugar.
Combine all the remaining ingredients and stir to mix well.
Pour the mixture (type thick batter) in a silicone mold and bake 40 minutes at 280° C for traditional, or in the microwave for 30 minutes to 300w.
