Cream of chestnuts and apples

300 g of peeled and boiled chestnuts
2 apples
50 g raisins softened
1 tablespoon pine nuts
1 pinch of salt
Peel and slice the apples, remove the core and cook them with raisins, 3 tablespoons water and salt in covered pot and over very low heat until they are soft.
Blend everything with chestnuts, add, if necessary, some of the cooking liquid.
Distributed in small bowls and serve warm or cold cream and decorated with pine nuts.
