For 4 people: 120 g chickpea flour-1 large onion-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil-water-salt


Cut the onion into thin slices and brown with a little water and oil in a frying pan.
Meanwhile, prepare a batter with flour and a little water until the mixture is not too thick.
Add a pinch of salt.
Pour the batter into the pan with the onion and cook for 2 or 3 minutes per side, until the porridge will not have taken a golden appearance.
