Tofu and chocolate cake

400 g of tofu
4 coffee cups of soy milk
5 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons of flour 00
1 large pinch of cinnamon
1 pinch less abundant salt
grated rind of half a lemon
100 g of dark chocolate cut into slivers
Blend tofu with milk then mix all ingredients well and pour the mixture into a baking pan of about 24-25 cm in diameter, properly equipped with card-furnace.
Keep aside a bit of chocolate flakes to sprinkle the surface of the compound to make pleasant even to view all this.
Bake at 180° C for about 40 minutes: it is better to keep an eye on the color of the creature: when yellow starts to get brown, turn the oven off, leaving you but inside the cake, which should then be consumed cold.
Tip: from time to time during cooking, open the oven and prick the surface of the cake with a fork, otherwise the cake swells ...
