For 8 people
1 loaf of bread
1 jar of red peppers in oil
1 jar of artichokes in olive oil
100 g of spicy olives
50 g shelled walnuts


You can prepare in advance the pâtés , but serve at room temperature.

Slice the bread not too thinly and let toast.
Meanwhile, whisk separately the peppers and artichokes with a little oil. then pitted and puree the olives spicy.
Peel the walnuts and grind or blend up to reduce them in cream, dilute with a little olive oil, if needed.
Spread the cream on toast and serve.
