This is a home-prepared extremely simple but that not everybody knows!

Simple and without unnecessary additives or added sugars, this spread can also be used in the kitchen, in the preparation of sauces or exotic dishes.


Using a blender food processor of at least 750 Watts of power (or a coffee grinder) formed a cream with peanuts, adding a little oil to make the mixture more fluid.

For the density adjust by eye, until you get what you want.

You can make the cream more or less smooth or crunchy (smooth or crunchy), depending on your taste.

Come renderla più o meno fluida? Solo variandola quantità di olio? Come e quanto a lungo si conserva? Grazie!

@ Lucia : La si rende più o meno fluida variando la quantità di olio e anche frullandola più a lungo. Si conserva in un barattolo a chiusura ermetica, ma non so quanto può durare perché da noi finisce sempre troppo in fretta! :-)
