200 g buckwheat flour
200 g wheat flour
water to taste.


Knead the flour of buckwheat and wheat flour with a little water until the dough is pretty substantial.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and when you've got the thickness of about 1 mm, cut it into strips about 1 cm wide and 4-5 cm long.
