Yogurt cake

2 glasses of soy yogurt
3 cups of flour 00
1 glass and a half (up to 2, depending on taste) sugar
1/2 cup of olive oil or seed oil
1 handful of almonds, Pecans and crushed hazelnuts
raisins
some dried plums made into small pieces
cinnamon stick crumbled (or 1 teaspoon powdered)
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 sachet of baking powder
Put into a casserole yogurt and sugar and process them well.
Continue adding flour, oil, then cocoa. Finally add the fruit with cinnamon.
Just finished kneading add yeast.
Pour the mixture into a beautiful pie plate low and wide.
Bake at 200° C for about 45 minutes.
Durante la lavorazione, lasciate in ammollo l'uvetta in acqua bollente, poi passatela in poca farina, infine setacciatela con l'aiuto di un colino prima di aggiungerla al composto.
Questo dolce è semplicissimo, ma merita!! Provatelo!!
