Peppers with tofu

For 4 people:
4 bell peppers of various colors (yellow, red, green)
2 sticks of soft tofu
1 onion or 2 shallots
herbs (marjoram, thyme ...)
oil
salt
Thinly slice the onion or shallots and place in a skillet with a tablespoon of oil.
When the onion is translucent, add the diced peppers, salt, cover with a lid and cook for about 15 minutes.
While cooks make sure the peppers have pulled out their water: If there is not enough to cover them, add a glass of hot water.
