200 g of dried fruits and nuts of all types
20 g of margarine
30 g of sugar
1 small sprig of rosemary
salt
Roast the dried fruits and nuts in the pan without anything.
Remove and melt the margarine with sugar until the caramel, but be careful because as soon as the sugar caramelizes should no longer continue cooking, otherwise it becomes bitter.
Add the roasted fruit, chopped rosemary and a pinch of salt.
