Popeye's schiacciata

For each serving: 1 large piece of schiacciata genovese (no lard or butter) - spinach - 30 g pine nuts - a drop of soy cream - vegetable margarine
Sauté the spinach in a little margarine (do not do as Scrooge McDuck to spare it!), add the pine nuts and cream and cook.
Fill the schiacciata focaccia with spinach and enjoy immediately.
Good for afternoon tea with orange juice.
