Faux salmon pasta

For 4 people: 400 g of pasta (farfalle), 2 red peppers, 1 onion, extra virgin olive oil, soy cream, spices of your choice (parsley, thyme, basil, chives, etc.), salt
While cooking the pasta cut into strips of 3 or 4 cm the peppers and sauté with oil and onion in a large skillet.
