Spaghetti with soybean sprouts and vegetables

For 4 people: 400 g spaghetti - 2 zucchini - 2 carrots -1 00 g soybean sprouts - 1 clove of garlic - 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil - soy sauce (shoyu) - salt
Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water and meanwhile prepare the sauce.
In a large skillet, saute in oil 1 clove of crushed garlic for a few minutes, without letting it get darker.
Add the carrots and zucchini cut into strips and saute over high heat for two minutes.
Add the sprouts and cook for another minute.
Finally pour in spaghetti cooked and drained al dente, cook and serve hot, accompanied by soy sauce.
