Mix thoroughly all ingredients and work them into the format of your choice.
With this mixture you get: tagliatelle, lasagne, ravioli, pasta noodles, spaghetti, etc.
A possible variant is to use 300 g flour type 0 and 300 grams of flour: the result is still great.
