Stir fry carrots and daikon

For 4 people: 2 large carrots - about the same amount of daikon - 2 tbsp sesame oil - 2 pinches of salt
Clean and cut vegetables into matchstick.
Toss in a pan with the oil for a few minutes on a high flame, rimestandole continuously.
Season with salt, cover and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
Occasionally stir and check the cooking, adding a few tablespoons of water if necessary.
