For 6-8 persons: 3 organic green apples, unpeeled, diced-1 cup celery, diced-1 teaspoon lemon juice-1/4 to 1/2 cup eggless mayonnaise-cup soy yogurt-1 pinch salt-2 pinches of black pepper--1/2 cup broken walnut-lemon juice
Mix apples and celery in a bowl.
Add the juice of lemon, mayonnaise, yogurt, salt, pepper and nuts.
