Couscous with vegetable cream

For 2 people: 2 courgettes-1 carrot-1 stick of celery-1 potato- salt--a cup of couscous
Chop the vegetables and boil in salted water for 25 minutes
Keep the cooking liquid and dip the vegetables using a mixer.
In a separate pot mix the couscous (or
durum wheat) with a glass of water and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the couscous and roasted vegetable cream
like some cooking liquid.
Serve with croutons.
