Soy mayonnaise

1/2 glass of soy milk, 500 ml of olive oil, lemon, Apple Cider vinegar, salt

5) Green Goddess: Add to the base of mayonnaise 2 tablespoons of soy milk, a tablespoon of lemon juice, one tablespoon of chopped capers and half a cup of chopped fresh herbs (basil, mint, chervil, tarragon, parsley).
6) Herb dressing: Add to the basic mayonnaise 2 tablespoons lemon juice, grated lemon zest, 2 tablespoons of chopped dried herbs (Rosemary, oregano, thyme, marjoram).
7 Russian basic mayonnaise Sauce): Add a tablespoon of lemon juice and a tablespoon of Ketchup.
8) Thousand Island: for a simple salad, just leaves; Add a finely chopped green pepper mayonnaise base and 100 gr. diced tofu (which would be the Islands).
