For 2 persons: 200 grams of spaghetti (or other pasta of your choice)-200 g Leek-1 yellow bell pepper 1-champignon-2 tablespoons soy cream-salt-pepper-hot pepper
Cook 5 minutes steam leeks cut into slices and the pepper cut into pieces to make them soften a bit (However, this is not essential).
Heat salt water for pasta.
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
Put in a pan with oil and fry the leek ride for a few minutes, then add the mushrooms and eventually, when the mushrooms are softened, add the pepper.
Cook over low heat, and in the meantime boil the pasta.
When almost cooked vegetables--roughly 5 minutes from fine cooking-, add the cream, which does not have to completely cover the vegetables but only season.
