Marinated vegetable sauce

Ingredients

For 2 people: 1 tablespoon soy sauce-2 tablespoons rice vinegar (or apples)-2 tbsp water

Instructions

Mix thoroughly all ingredients and sprinkle on vegetables previously cleaned, sliced and arranged on a baking tray (those that also require cooking are obviously made to Cook, preferably steamed).
After being sprinkled with the sauce allow to rest at least for a couple of hours.
