Cocoa pasta with cream and ginger

For 4 people: 500 g of pasta with bitter cocoa-2 cloves garlic-250 ml soy cream--1 tablespoon of vegetable oil-1 dusting of pink pepper-Ginger (or other spices to your liking: the taste of chocolate goes very well with the exotic spices)
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Meanwhile heat the finely chopped garlic in a tablespoon of vegetable oil, until it releases all its aroma. Then add the cream, stir, sprinkle with a bit of pink pepper and a teaspoon of ginger (adjust to your taste).
Drain the pasta and toss with this very special plate: you will get a dressing for special occasions.
