Gourmet vegan cappelletti

For 4 people: 500 g of sliced smoked 1 pack of vegetable cappelletti vegan-from 100 g-250 ml soy cream-2 tablespoons olive oil-2 cloves garlic-2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes-salt-pepper


Cook in boiling salted water cappelletti (vegan ones found in natural food stores) to the time indicated on the package.
Meanwhile Saute garlic (crushing it slightly) in the oil and add the smoked meats vegetables cut into squares.
Cappelletti al dente drain and pour into the pan with the other ingredients. Add the cream and stir quickly for a couple of minutes (even less).
Turn off the heat and sprinkle with black pepper and with the nutritional yeast flakes.
Stir and serve hot.
