Coconut fritters

100 g coconut powder-100 grams of rice flour-about 250 ml soy milk-sugar-oil for frying-cardamom powder-maple syrup or other
Mix milk, flour and coconut and avoid lumps and trying to get a cream not too dense. Add sugar to taste and the cardamom, it only takes one teaspoon.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and when fonda is hot let us drop the batter by spoonfuls so you get some pancakes to two or three centimeters in diameter.
Remove them from the oil when they've taken a golden color.
