Carrot and banana smoothie

Ingredients

For 4 people:

2 or 3 carrots-1 banana-300 cc of vanilla soy milk (or, if you prefer, rice or oatmeal)

Optional: 1 tablespoon of sweetener to taste (malt, agave, maple syrup)

Instructions

Peel the carrots and cut into small pieces.
Peel and slice the banana.
Put everything in a blender with the milk plant.
Blend until mixture is smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve.
If you want a drink even sweeter, you can add a sweetener of your choice.
