Clear soup flavored with citrus

For 2 people: 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth 1 pound and 1-light (light)/2 of tofu, drained and cut into cubes of 3 cm. 2 1/2 side-Leek or shallots, sliced fini-4 strips of lemon zest and orange
Bring the broth to a boil in a saucepan.
Add the tofu and let it simmer for 2 minutes, until it is hot. Pull it off gently with a slotted spoon and place it into two bowls.
