Tofu with tahini sauce

Add the tahini sauce and simmer on very low heat (this sauce Burns very easily), stirring occasionally, for 12 or 15 minutes, or until it reaches the consistency of pudding. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Turn the pieces of tofu in marinade, cover the Pan, and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until tofu is hot, but the marinade has not yet begun to boil.
