Quick sesame amd tofu sauce

For 1 and a half cup of sauce: 330 gr. tofu, 1/4 cup butter, sesame tahini or sesame roasted and ground, 1 tbsp shoyu, half a teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon barley malt
Whisk together all ingredients until a smooth cream.
(Or mash everything together with a fork).
Serve on cooked vegetables or fried tofu.
If you wish, you can replace the sesame with peanut butter.
