250 g seitan-6 Sage leaves-1 onion-1 lemon-2 tablespoons of Apple Cider vinegar (or 3 tablespoons rice vinegar)-2 tbsp oil-Salt
Sauté for a few minutes the onion cut into wedges in a pan with a little oil.
Add the vinegar and a few tablespoons of water.
Add Sage, lemon cut into slices so thin, seitan, cut into strips and sauté again for a couple of minutes.
Add salt and let simmer over low heat with a lid for about 10 minutes.
The seitan should not be too dry, nay, must remain a bit humid, with its cooking sauce.
When cooked, pour everything into a shallow baking dish and let cool: serve at room temperature.
