Baked peppers with tofu

Ingredients

For 4 people: 1 yellow bell pepper-1 red pepper-200 g of tofu-chopped parsley-breadcrumb-chopped pine nuts-olive oil-Salt

Instructions

Thoroughly wash the peppers, boil for a few minutes, let them cool and drain and cut them along in half. Remove the stalk, of seeds and arrange in a baking dish greased with oil and sprinkle with the bread crumbs.

Pour the mixture over the peppers, being careful not to overcome the edges, sprinkle with the bread crumbs, rub with a little of oil and bake for about 25-30 minutes at 200° c.
