250 grams of boiled chickpeas-1 or 2 minced garlic cloves 1 tablespoon tahini-2 or 3 tablespoons of soy milk-1 lemon juice 1 tablespoon sesame seeds---chopped parsley (optional)-olive oil-salt-pepper

Instructions

1) boiled chickpeas and garlic, blend or switch to switch vegetables.
2) gradually add remaining ingredients until mixture is soft but not too liquid.
3) Serve at room temperature.
