250 grams of boiled chickpeas-1 or 2 minced garlic cloves 1 tablespoon tahini-2 or 3 tablespoons of soy milk-1 lemon juice 1 tablespoon sesame seeds---chopped parsley (optional)-olive oil-salt-pepper
