For 4 people: 125 g-100 g shredded coconut-70 g raisins-50 g almonds coarsely chop-.5 tablespoon cardamom seeds coarsely chopped--1 tablespoon of brown sugar or 2 tablespoons stout-extra virgin olive oil-Salt


1) allow to soak the rice for an hour.
