For 2/3 people
1 pack of 2 or 3 soft-seitan tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil-1 onion-2 carrots-2 stalks celery-a pinch of aromatic salt -1 tablespoon shoyu (soy sauce)
Cut the seitan in stews and in the meantime, heat oil in a pan.
Add the finely sliced onion, carrots and celery cut into squares and FRY for about 10/15 minutes, joining from time to time-so as not to dry out too much-a couple of tablespoons of water (for this purpose use to cook the seitan contained in its original packaging). Season with a pinch of aromatic salt.
Finally add the diced seitan mixing thoroughly, insaporendolo with one tablespoon shoyu.
Ottimo servito d'inverno con una polenta calda, o d'estate con verdure di stagione e/o una bella insalata.
