Potato salad

500 gr. potatoes, some leaves of lettuce mix, 1 handful green olives, pitted, 100 gr. tofu, 1 bunch of radishes, a few capers, extra virgin olive oil, salt and lemon juice to taste
Boil the potatoes quite small, drain and let cool well. In Salad Bowl, arrange some mixed salad leaves, washed and chopped, a handful of pitted green olives, 100 gr. diced tofu, a bunch of radishes sliced thinly and some chopped caper.
