Bourguignonne chocolate fruit

200 g dark chocolate 100% vegan
from 100 to 200 ml of vegetable milk, depending on the desired consistency
fresh fruit cut into small pieces
Prepare the fruit for the skewers cutting it into small pieces, by choosing it according to the season: Apple, pear, banana, apricot, peach, melon, kiwi, grapes, orange slices and/or clementina etc.
Break up the chocolate and melt in an earthenware dish with a few tablespoons of vegetable milk.
Add the remaining milk a little at a time, stirring continuously.
Heat on medium heat stirring continuously until it is well blended and desired consistency, more or less dense or liquid according to the tastes and the separate fruit.
When the chocolate cream is ready, remove the Pan from the heat and serve it directly to the table on a trivet or pour the chocolate into the bowl of chocolate fondue set.
Dip the fruit cut into pieces in chocolate and enjoy this delicious goodies!
