Garlic sauce with potatoes

2 potatoes diced-4 or 5 cloves garlic, crushed in a garlic press-1 tbsp white wine vinegar-white pepper-lemon juice-7 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil-Salt


Boil the potatoes and mash well.
Add the vinegar and crushed garlic.
Stir well and Add pepper, some lemon juice and salt.
Stir again for good.
Add oil gradually, stirring continuously, until a thick sauce and homogeneous.
Serve the hot sauce with veggies for dips or on crostini and bruschetta.
