Apple salad

For 4 people: 4 different types of apples (pippin, delicious, granny, greens ...)-100 gr of fresh pineapple-1 handful of raisins-rum or limoncello-80 gr of shelled walnuts
Place the raisins in a bowl, cover with rum or limoncello and let stand a few minutes.
Meanwhile, choose your favourite type apples, peel and cut into cubes; clean the pineapple and cut this into small cubes of the same size of apples; coarsely chopped walnuts.
