Celeriac cutlets (variant)

1 celeriac
50 gr buckwheat flour
10 gr chickpea flour
1 tablespoon of vegan Parmesan cheese
1 pinch of salt
oil for frying
Steam the celeriac, peel and cut into slices about half a cm thick.
Prepare the batter with the other ingredients and add a little water until you get a rather thick consistency.
Pat the slices dry with paper towels, roll them in batter and fry them.
I served them on a bed of cabbage, it looked great!
