Rice with pesto

- 200 g boiled rice
- Ligurian pesto
- cooked ribs
- almond flakes
For the pesto
- 60g basil
- 40g pine nuts
- 1 garlic clove
- evo oil
- salt

Blend all the pesto ingredients and season the boiled rice after adding the already cooked ribs and almond flakes.
