Lavender scented apricots

For 3-4 people
6 ripe apricots
1 tablespoon agave syrup
1 teaspoon orange blossom water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried lavender flowers
1 drop of lavender essential oil bio
Wash the apricots and cut into pieces.
In a bowl mix the agave scriroppo with lavender essential oil, then with orange blossom water and lemon juice.
Pour over the apricots and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Served chilled by adding dried lavender flowers at the moment.
