Avocado with almonds

half a ripe avocado
3 roasted almonds
a pinch of wild fennel
a dry leaf of lemon or lime
two drops of vinegar
one small slice of lemon
extra olive oil and salt to taste.
Cut into cubes the avocado peeled and add the almonds pounded, fennel, 2 drops of vinegar, clove, squeezed lemon lemon leaf crumbled, salt and oil ... and eat cold! :-p
