Apple pie (3)

300 g flour kamut
150 g dark brown sugar
100 ml organic corn oil
1 ripe banana
cinnamon
3-4 golden delicious apples into chunks
soy milk to taste
1 pinch of salt
1 packet of yeast
Mash the banana with a fork, mix it with sugar and add gradually the other ingredients.
Add milk until you have a smooth texture and not too runny.
Incorporate finally apples.
Pour into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and spread some sugar on the surface so toasty glaze during firing.
Bake at 180° C until it takes on a nice golden color.
