Quinoa with carrots

100 g quinoa

200 water

2 carrots peeled and cut into slices

2 tablespoons tamari

some basil leaves

extra virgin olive oil

salt (optional)



Easier than that!

Put quinoa, carrots, water, tamari on the heat and cook for about 30 minutes.
Add more water if necessary.
After cooking, add the chopped basil, olive oil, salt if necessary (tamari is salty!).

Simple but tasty.

Enjoy your meal!


PS: you can replace the carrots with any other cooked vegetables there is advanced in the fridge, even already cooked (I in fact I did so:))
