the pulp and the water of a fresh coconut
1 tablespoon coconut sugar (or other natural sweetener)
2 teaspoons of cocoa or carob powder
Put the coconut pulp in a blender with about half of the liquid contained within (coconut water): for the exact amount adjust according to the consistency you want, so start with less liquid and add the other from time to time.
Add the natural sweetener and the cocoa powder.
Operate the mixer until you get a soft mousse to be served in shot glasses.
